       Evaluation - REG provides a comprehensive analysis of all charges determining whether or not a property has been correctly charged. Should the assessment taxes be charged correctly we say thank for the opportunity to review your property and we look forward to working with you again. However, many times this is not the case. 

       Research/Review - REG researches all direct assessment charges appearing on your property tax bills.  This is followed up by a review of all assessment taxation codes related the property. 

Presentation - REG submits all working documentation to the taxing authorities and advocates on your behalf for a refund/tax reduction for any assessment overcharge. We don't stop until you receive a refund/tax reduction and this includes any necessary appeals process or legal review. 

Refund Collection - REG will ensure refunds are properly distributed per your requirements. We do not invoice until you have received your assessment tax refund/ tax reduction.
